Stations & Displays
(minimum order 100 - priced upon request)
- Fresh Fruit Tree and Cheese Display: whole strawberries, pineapple,
cantaloupe, and honeydew on a pineapple tree with fresh palm leaves.
Additional fruit and an assortment of domestic cheese cascaded at foot of tree
in baskets.
- Hot Hors D' Oeuvre Station: choice of a variety of hot hors d' oeuvres.
- Pasta Station: bow tie or penne pasta served with two sauces, prepared on
the side.
- Carving Station: hand carved choice of tenderloin of beef, glazed ham, or
roasted breast of turkey, served with baskets of fresh baked miniature buns
and condiments.
- Bread Station: assortment of breads and rolls with dill, rye, baguettes,
Italian, focaccia, and cinnamon displayed with flavorful butters and dipping
oils.
- Coffee Station: fresh brewed coffee served in silver with shaved chocolate,
chocolate covered coffee beans, cinnamon sticks, whipped cream, and
International creamers.
